Best sleep in Sri Lanka and best massage I have had! The tarp over the tent made it more comfortable, warm and the rain sounded lovely! Not as noisy as other places with their beautiful wildlife. Slept like a log. I wanted to book more nights but they were sold out. Cozy spot and you can see the trains.

IF you're planning to take the train the morning after, it's very close to the station. The room is clean and comfortable. I very much appreciated that there was a squeegee in the bathroom so we can keep the bathroom clean in between housekeeping. The property is located on a small but steep hill. It takes about 30 seconds of climbing, so I don't think it's an issue for most healthy people but it's a good information to have.

This was the best accommodation in Sri Lanka we had. I really regret that we could stay only for one night. The sunrise was simply unbelievable. A view of the tea fields, peacocks flying around - Like in a fairy tale. In addition, the hosts took care of delicious food! In the evening there was a barbecue and a bonfire. We met wonderful people, because probably only such people decide to stay in such a place. I will definitely return people here for my next trip to Sri Lanka.

Sambol, daal curry, egg and sprats with plain rice was a heavenly feeling . Desert was served. From the moment we arrived we felt the ambiance of the place which was very calming and relaxing. Rooms were very clean and included all the basic requirements with WiFi. (Bring your own toilet amenities) I was surprised to see a forestly environment like this so close to the Town and train station. Danajaya Fixed us a threewheel (Sampath +94768331648) to travel around and goes on any rough terrain. Sampath took care of us nicely helping us to plan the tour and stayed till our trip ended. Dananjaya helped us with the decorations for the birthday party we celebrated For the night, arranged a bonfire to make our stay special .(Seperate charges) The next morning we had String hoppers potato curry nd chicken curry which was great as our first day meal. Concept of the tents is remarkable and we would definitely recommend this place and we will visit this place again as this was an unforgettable experience.
