Located in Wilpattu and with Kumbichchan Kulama Tank reachable within 34 km, Glamping Wilpattu by Thamaravila provides express check-in and check-out, allergy-free rooms, pool with a view, free WiFi... Priya and his team couldn’t do enough for us and was so attentive with utmost understanding and kindness to our 22month old daughter. The food was fine dining at its best and kept making the chicken soup my daughter couldn’t get enough of. Priya’s knowledge of the wildlife in the park was great and again focusing on wildlife our daughter could see.

Situated in Kalpitiya, 2.7 km from Kudawa Beach, araliya villa provides accommodation with a fitness room and an open-air bath. Had an amazing experience, the local family is very welcoming and fun. Great food and ambience love the nature vibes. Great place to stay would definitely come back.

This tent features a shared bathroom, and a private entrance. The unit has 3 beds. The owners are so kind very friendly. The Cabin is very cute and unique even without an air conditioner its still pleasant so we sleeped very well. He even gave us also a bottle of water for free for our trip which is about 4 hours ride to Kandy and we are very thankful for that.

The staff and service was what stands out the most, they do their best to ensure you are always safe and clean. It's on the expensive side but what you are paying for is the extensive knowledge of the guide on the safari which is missing in other places. We have both learnt a lot about different animals and behaviours on this safari and it's an experience that will stay with us forever

This unique tent is set on the border of the National Park and comes with a private bathroom. Great location, next to Wilpattu National park! Staff was friendly and helpful. Also the Safari they offered was amazing! Lot of Knowledge!

The tent offers a private entrance, a tea and coffee maker, a terrace with lake views as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower. The unit offers 2 beds. From the very beginning the communication with the host was seamless, they made sure we find the location and picked us up with a jeep where the road started to be too rough for a normal car. The whole experience was amazing, my spider enthusiast son found a soulmate in Ranil, a conservation biologist who runs the place while engaged in fascinating research projects. The food was always freshly made and delicious, the tent was comfortable with beautiful surroundings. As a special treat, Ranil's dad joined us on our safari and shared his wealth of knowledge about the anilmals in Wilpattu National Park, including the leopard couple we spotted on a tree. Thank you for the amazing experience, we felt like we were part of the family.

The host was really nice and managed to organise the safari at the last minute. We saw elephants near the river in the night, it was incredible!
