En fantastisk opplevelse, liten teltleir/camping helt alene ute i naturen. Veldig behjelpelig og hyggelig personale som hjalp oss med blant annet booking av Safari og transport.. svært enkel og god kommunikasjon, alt fungerte optimalt.. Vi hadde i tillegg en strålende matopplevelse med diverse sri lankiske retter - servert under åpen himmel med leirbålet i bakgrunnen. Barna og vi likte spesielt godt padleturen på elva samt «natturen» i nærområdet - fikk smake og lukte på diverse krydder og vekster.. Teltene gav den riktige stemningen⭐️🌴 et minne for livet Kan varmt anbefale overnattingen og hele «safariopplevelsen», men husk du er på camping så hvis man forventer flis på badet og ingen insekter kan du nok bli skuffet

The river front and very quiet environment is wonderful. The dinner they made (for a good price) was delicious and the safari was fantastic! We saw many animals. Would recommend to everyone!!

Situated in Udawalawe, 17 km from Udawalawe National Park, Kottawatta River Bank Resort features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. This resort is an absolute gem and a must stay if you are visiting Udawalawe National Park. For an affordable price you get to stay at a luxurious glamping style resort. The rooms were clean, beautifully designed and a delight. The food was amazing from the options available to the flavour. As well the service from the staff was some of the best I’ve ever received. The big highlight from this experience was the safari we booked with the resort. If you book the safari ask for Lasantha. He is the best driver and safari tour guide ever. He really went out of his way to create the best experience for us. He is top notch!!!

Offering river views, this fan-cooled tent has a private entrance, seating area and extra large bed with spring mattress. It includes a hot water shower, towel and shoe racks. This hotel stay was AMAZING! A little oasis during our safari trips in Udawalawe! The pool was fantastic break from the mid day heat, the restaurant had delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was LOVELY; bed was comfortable, and outdoor concept for the bathroom/shower, and the air con could be as cold as you wanted it! Monkeys live on or near the grounds so it was fun to watch them swing through the trees. Staff was so nice and accommodating! Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay during your safari!

Dette overnattingsstedet har utsikt over Rakwana-elva, og ligger kun 3 km fra Elephant Transit Home. We were greeted by all the staff with a little welcome drink while our luggage was already brought to our tent. Our standard tent / room was beautiful, tidy and clean but also made us feel like real jungle pioneers at night, where we could hear nothing but the river and the animals - no Tuktuk honking for once! Our bbq candle light dinner at the river bank was a mix of local and western food and very romantic. The staff is very friendly and tended to all our needs. Breakfast and pool were fantastic too. 10/10 glamping experience - would recommend and do again if possible!

Offering a barbecue and views of the garden, River Glamping by Gaga bees is located in Udawalawe in the Ratnapura District Region, 8 km from Udawalawe National Park. This was one of the most peaceful, lovely experiences during my trip around Sri Lanka. The tents were well equipped, spacious, and comfortable and made for a peaceful nights sleep. Madu the manager was so kind and helpful! The service and food was excellent- homemade traditional sri lankan food in big portions. We had a lovely time wandering around and going for a swim in the river with the friendly dog Lola. We would like to thank Madu and everyone at the property for their hospitality. We will definitely be coming again! Great glamping experience.

This unique tent is set on the border of the National Park and comes with a private bathroom. Friendly staff, clean camp, and excellent amenities. Highly recommended

Featuring carpet flooring, tents come with an outdoor living area and a private bathroom with hot-water showers. Includes a torch, umbrellas and a luggage rack. The manager of the camp was extremely kind and available to chat, to show us around. The tent are perfect: very big and with all the services you might want. The food was very good. We had the best experience. Couldn’t ask for anything different!
