This features a super luxury tent with private plunge, pool and private tree house. This tent has a seating area, air conditioning and electric kettle. It was a beautiful setting and the safari tents and recreational areas were really comfortable and blended in so well with the surroundings. The experience feels very special, authentic to the local area, and not flashy. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind and genuine. They went the extra mile at every turn. The plunge pool outside our tent was such a refreshing and welcome feature. We loved the breakfast and meals, and had such a memorable stay that our family won’t forget! Special mention to Bandara and his team for wonderful hospitality and food. Big thanks and kudos to our leopard spotting guide Dinesh (spelling?) and our super safe driver/guide. We had a wonderful trip to Yala National park and Tribe Yala made the whole experience even more memorable.

Its safe to say Flameback Eco Lodge made our entire stay at Sri Lanka the most memorable and amazing experience. the room, the whole atmosphere, the food, the staff, you just can’t find any problems at this place. the hotel is located in a spectacular area with a lot of green and a huge lake right beside you. you wake up in the morning to either the monkeys running around or to the beautiful sound of the nature and birds. and at one point during the day, you might encounter of buffaloes casually eating grass next to your room. special thanks to the assistant manager of the hotel (Sampath) who made our stay at the hotel even more amazing. you could literally as the guy about any requests and he’s gonna make sure you get it.

We had an awesome (too short) experience in Camp Leopard. Amazing location with great staff. The owner is very friendly and caring; a person you can count on! The host is very welcoming and thoughtful (sustainability issues), our guide was really experienced and knowledgeable with great tips and tricks for future safaris. Our drivers were amazingly skilled, yet environmentally friendly. The cooking staff created a memorable 3-course evening dinner by candle light and camp fire. The accommodation and on-tour picknicks were perfect. If you are looking for an affordable, wildlife and environmentally friendly safari experience with skilled staff that welcomes you like a family, this is the place for you!

This tent features a seating area, private entrance and dining area. Our stay at the Yala Wild Hut was amazing! The place was quite easy to find, although it was a few hundred meters off the paved road. Our tent was spacious, comfortable and clean, exactly like it was pictured on Booking.com. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, plus the free coffee/tea was also very nice. We also booked a Yala morning safari through Yala Wild Hut, which we can definitely recommend.

We loved the entire experience of being looked after by the owner Nilantha and Elizabeth and all the staff in such a lovely way but also being in such a simple and authentic environment. The dinner under the stars was standout. The food was great. The great conversations were so wonderful. The whole day safari was something we will always remember. So much care and passion from Nilantha and our driver. We absolutely loved it.

And the highlight of our trip was a breathtaking leopard sighting that left us in awe. The service provided was exceptional, and the staff went out of their way to engage our children. The cozy tented chalet allowed us to connect with nature while enjoying the comforts of a clean and well-maintained accommodation. We recommend Makini for families seeking a remarkable safari adventure with top-notch service and unforgettable wildlife encounters.

Localizado a 15 minutos de carro do Parque Nacional Yala, o Yala Dream Park dispõe de jardim e churrasqueira. Tissa Wewa fica a 8 km da propriedade. the treehouse and tent are a perfect place to calm down and enjoy nature. the owner was very involved from the moment we booked, making sure we drove the most efficient way and even picked us up when we arrived in a town nearby. they also took us on safari and went above and beyond making sure we saw as much wildlife as possible. also we enjoyed the bbq dinner (prepared by his son) at their place. truly an unforgettable experience which we highly recommend!

Always thinking ahead what would you need ... The food was great - we had 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners - all was tasty :-) The walk in the bush was very nice The rooms are comfortable and located in the middle of the wild bushes and trees - this is very unique - each room/tent is isolated from the rest
