The breakfast was super and the rooms were very clean. It was 1 minut walk to the ski rental and the lift, amazing!

Wonderful uninterrupted view of the Zugspitze. Our rooms were newly refurbished and were clean and modern. The buffet breakfast had a good selection. The owners were very welcoming and offered to drop us back to the station for our return journey home.

Big room, toilet seperated from bathroom was awsome, nice outside terrace, easy free parking, good wifi, very good breakfast and importantly - english speaking lady at the reception. I always highlite ability to speak english in german speaking countries as they usualy do not even try to speak other language than german. So, extra points for that.

We loved the appartement, all very spscious and clean. Comfy beds and a fairytale view to the mountains. Christian was very helpful for any questions we had. Hoping to be back again!

First of all the hosts, Mrs. Irmgard and her family, who were more than welcoming and treated us incredibly well. She went the extra mile to serve us the breakfast each morning with fresh food and remembered what we liked the day before so we could have more of those items on the table. Her care for her guests is amazing, always checking if everything is ok, giving recommendations for things to do in Lermoos or nearby. Although she only speaks German and we only spoke Romanian and English, the language barrier was not an obstacle for us to have lots of conversations and laughters. P.S. The host has an incredible sense of humour. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, it was a dream to start and end the day with Zugspitze in front of our eyes and the overall atmosphere in the house makes you feel like home. The room was always clean and full of tourists information about Lermoos and the surroundings.

Very nice and recently renovated hotel. Rooms are spacious, very clean and equipped with a balkony and a very nice bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was nice and included.

This hotel is in a great location, walking distance to some nice restaurants and shops. My family really enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The rooms were clean and very comfortable!
