It is difficult to put in words how special treatment is at that place. Anna and Jaime welcome their guests as if they were friends or family staying in their house! Perfectly prepared map with individual indications for each requirement (including exact corresponding time of the sunset ;-) ) all possible extra info was provided on request (as on vegan food or bus line etc.). The patio to have a morning coffee or evening beer was beautiful and rooms came with water kettle, coffee/tea, even free water or a beach towel... Also the bathroom was fantastic!! Hair dryer, shower and tub, lovely picked shampoos etc. One could not wish for more. I never experienced any hotel/hostel staff like here, presenting oneself by name so we could be in personal touch. Absolute recommendation!!

A highly recommended place to spend a nice time in the center of Cadiz, next to all the city's attractions. A clean, stylish and comfortable apartment with a bathroom, TV, fridge and well-functioning air conditioning (please follow the service instructions). A built-in balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the street of Cadiz added comfort and charm. The hotel does not serve breakfast, but there are many bars and cafes nearby. The service is very helpful and nice. Parking lots are on the outskirts of the old town and 800 m from the hotel. We will definitely come back.

Great accomodation, only one limit we see in the check in time. You have to arrive before 9 pm, other option is not possible (leave the keys somewhere for exapmle)

Location is great! Just in the centre. Two stations are 5 min walking, beaches 10-15 min walking. Reception - perfect! A lot of help and advices. Thanks for everything. Room was clean and cozy, bathroom was also pretty good. I highly recommend!

The Palacete de la Alameda was probably my favorite place to stay on this trip to Andalucía that had several stops. Centrally located, this 200-year old, renovated building will take you back in time and make you feel most comfortable and relaxed. You should find everything you need in your room and will notice the care that went into decorating. Carmen, the hostess, was extremely accommodating and helpful. I’d visit and stay here again.

Very pleasant staff, perfect location for train bus and all the old town sights,older style with gorgeous tiled stairwell, rooms are smallish but very comfortable and well equipped. Overall this hotel is extremely good value for money. Also loved the little Juliet balcony with soundproof doors.

Beautiful and cosy rooms in hystorical center of Cadiz. Very soft blankets and bedsheets. Adorable, friendly and helpful working team. Fascinating views from the window. Super clean.
