Good selection and excellent freshly cooked breakfasts. A bean to cup coffee machine would have been preferred and better jams. Certainly better quality breakfasts than more expensive hotels we stayed at. Smiling staff excellent throughout. Great sea front position overlooking sandy beach.

Great location. The bus station and the beach were very close. Great restaurants nearby. I recommend checking out Little Italy. Loved the room. It was super nice and comfortable, especially after lots of hostels. Amazing price.

I didn't have breakfast with you . . I wanted to be out and about . The location was great , not too far from the town and far enough for an enjoyable walk. I came up to see my family who all live in and around Sunderland . Everything worked out perfectly and I had a great time. I am coming up in either August or September , and hope to stay with you for this trip.

Great apartment close to the city center. Easy check in and check out, clean, nice ensuite room. Wifi was working very well.

Lovely country pub had everything you needed, food was lovely, staff were great, we rented a car only 5 mins from the beach

Was a bit dubious when I booked as it seemed such a cheap price... but was actually a really great place. Parking outside, big room with lovely modern bathroom and really close to the beach and cafes.
