Perfect place to stay. The view from terrace is amazing from the couch. The towel and bed sheets were changed daily. Very, very clean and very cozy. Each day we received sth like a bottle of sparkling water, coffee caps, small bottles of water. And, at arrivel we found 2 sparkling wine bottles from the guest. Wow. I highly recommend this place. Around there are a lot of restaurants, very good location.

Nice and clean room with new furniture, renovated bathroom. Located in the city center. There was no balcony and no see view but due to this it was very quiet and comfortable. Parking place in front of the house. Very friendly staff.

Everything was nice and clean, stuff was very polite and always ready to help. I was happy because we had big clean terrace, where we could chill, without any louf noises. The hotel itself is in very quiet street, but on the other hand very close to the city centre and market. Breakfast was delicious and satisfy our wishes.

Great place to stay. Very good equipt and clean apartment. You have acces to beautiful garden and 1 minute walk to the beach. Quiet area with many shops and restaurant around. Very very very nice and helpful host Sofia thank you very much.

The apartment is excellent. The entire ground floor of the house with a garden and vine shade in front. We always found parking in the street in front of the house.

Everything was great! The breakfast was delicious, different every day and served in the beautiful garden. Also we got very good recommendations from Petros for locations to see in the neighborhood.

We had great time in our accomodation, view from the balcony is amazing, room is spatious and clean, and has everything you need. Garden with olives is beautiful, there is lot of parking space, owners are very nice, and they have a friendly dog. All in all very nice experience 😊

Christos, the owner, made an effort to make the stay at the Neos Marmaras even more beautiful and comfortable, and for that I thank him from the bottom of my heart The view from the terrace is the most beautiful in all of Neos Maramaras. The apartment was nice and clean, in a very good location.
