Quiet and serene inn. Staff are very responsive and friendly. The private onsen was great. They have a selection of books and board games in the lounge. Everything on the menu is delicious.

It is just a few minute walk to the bus station and train station. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable. The staff were beyond helpful giving us tip as to what to do considering our short amount of time. There are some restaurant next door and nearby. It is within walking distance to the Open air museum. the dinner is a must for a great price and a great social time with other guest. Brian our bartender was awesome. We stayed in a bedroom not the dorms and I must say they were perfect for our purpose. If I come back I will be staying here again!

This is an amazing place in the beautiful Hakone mountains that we will for sure once visit again. There are restaurants and shops in a walking distance. We got a cosy, clean, comfortable and spacious room that we liked it very much! The owners are wonderful people that do everything to make your stay pleasant. They are super helpful in anything you might need or ask. Navigating their guests in the Hakone area is something they do with love and even we stayed only one night we could still manage to enjoy the different sides of Hakone. Since it started raining when we were checking out, the owner offered us a ride to our next destination. This is one of the best accommodation experiences I have had and I recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Hakone.

The staff were very friendly; the beds were cosy, comfortable and large. The lockers were also big and there were toiletries available in the shower. They gave good advice on where to eat and which onsen were tattoo friendly. It's a really funky hostel and I loved it.

Dobre miejsce jeśli nie macie za dużo bagaży, jest 15 minut na piechotę do góry (od stacji kolejki linowej). Dobry punkt startowy na wszystkie ciekawe miejsca w rejonie Hakone, bezpośrednim autobusem z Odawara jest trochę ponad godzinę. Zrobiliśmy też jednodniową wycieczkę do Mt. Fuji i do pagody Chureito (to jest najbardziej znany punkt widokowy na Fuji). Bardzo czysto, onsen nie za duży, nam pasowało bo nie było dużo gości a mieliśmy onsen praktycznie dla siebie. Personel mówi bardzo dobrze po angielsku, i był bardzo pomocny. Pokój duży, do wyboru spanie na łóżku lub na futonie na podłodze.
