Everything! The location was perfect for driving to all of the resorts we wanted to visit but also close enough to Kutchan and Niseko for a short drive to ski and eat etc. The accommodation was perfectly clean and really large. Plenty of space for 7 adults and great facilities like a kitchen downstairs. The hosts were amazing, could not of been more helpful. They were always on hand to help and answer any questions. We opted in for breakfast a couple of mornings and dinner and both were delicious and very good value for money. We wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the other activities like snow showing etc.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff, especially Nyokki, were exceptionally welcoming and professional throughout my stay. Great location, close to slopes and downtown area. Incredibly cozy, felt like something out of a dream. I couldn’t believe how nice it was inside! Truly felt like a home. The breakfast spread was amazing, staff was friendly and very accommodating, rooms were large, and whole place was well heated (this was great as it was FREEZING in niseko at the time). At the price point offered I don’t think this place can be beat and is likely a better place to stay than alternatives that cost 3-4x as much. I will definitely stay here again if I can!

The location has very nice view. At the hostle has share kitchen and so nice facility, feel private and enjoy very much. Coffee that provide for guest also very good.
