The owner and his beautiful daughter who run this property with great honour. The owner is really nice and very friendly, I loved chat with him. This hotel is located in a quiet location but its close to the bus station. It is also very near from the center. The room was big and nice and it was very clean with good view. Bed size queen and single. The lighting in the room is ok there is one ceiling LD warm tube light and 2 wall bulbs, also there is a table light between the beds. My has no Air-conditioning system, but there is a ceiling fan, it was ok because Kathmandu weather always good. The room price was so cheap like a cup of coffee! very high value for money. I booked one night but I stayed two nights, because I loved the place.

Very helpful host and excellent communication. The room comfortably and perfectly clean, hot water, quiet area but close to the main city”s attractions (walking distance to stupas). Very convenient location, just 20 min from the airport.

Security 24hours. Quiet at the side lane. Walking distance to syawonbul stupa. Breakfast is served in my room daily. The hotel serves delicious food. Very helpful and attentive staff. l

The Anis were wonderful and the breakfast was a great addition that I hadn't expected. Delicious tea. Easy walk to Boudha stupa.

My stay in this beautiful guesthouse was incredible! Lovely spacious room with huge windows overlooking the Kathmandu valley and surrounding hills. There’s also an easy access to the rooftop with the stunning sunrise/sunset views🥰. In good weather you could see the snowy mountains tops from out there! Clean restroom with hot water. Nice well equipped kitchen, fridge. All the dishes, cups, silverware and pots are present. Little well kept garden was full of flowers in spring! Property is generally very well maintained and looked after with the great love and attention to the details. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. A short taxi ride to Thamel and 7 min walk to the main entrance to Swayambhu (monkey temple). The owners of the guesthouse Valeria and Alex are extremely friendly and helpful! I’m very grateful for this fabulous stay!
