We were really comfortable at the hotel. It’s so near to Cahuita Park and to the black beach! Everything was comfortable and clean. The hotel has a relaxing pool for the guests and a clean and complete kitchen. The owners are very helpful and gave us great tips about the area, they even helped us a lot when our rented car broke!!

The place is very nice. Gloria and Sergios are super friendly and helpful. Sergios brought us to do the canals tour and it was super interesting. He has a lot of knowledge of the surrounding area and he is very passionate about it. We strongly recommend the tour with him!

The owner was very nice, he waited for us until we arrived. He didn't speak English, but he used the translator well and quickly... tasty breakfast. Clean rooms, comfortable pillows, blankets, etc. a little bit of light but ok. rooms in interesting surroundings. I recommend :)

I was impressed with the spotless absolutely clean room. Immaculate! I enjoyed a comfortable sleep and was treated so kindly by the owners, that I will not forget them. I definitely recommend Cabinas Hukats Secret Jungle. What a local gem!!!

Situated in Cocles, Finca Valeria Treehouses Glamping features a garden and on-site dining. All rooms are fitted with a terrace with river views. At the guest house, rooms are fitted with a wardrobe. It was great! Very clean. Very cosy. I felt so welcome.

Playa Negra Guesthouse is located in Cahuita, right in front of the beach. All units feature a seating area. Some units have a terrace and/or balcony with pool or garden views. Very nicely and comfortably designed. We had everything we needed. A quiet, restful stay right across from a lovely beach. We even cooked dinner some evenings by the pool area. The owners are delightful and very accomodating. We couldn't have had a nicer time.

Ive visited CR many times since 1985 and this was my BEST STAY EVER.QUIET away from the crowds now in Cahuita but close . Staff is wonderful helpful and it is very clean. Highly recommend.wildlife every morning..monkeys parrots tucans iguanas lizzards..Saw no snakes. They have two dogs on patrol.
