Three Horseshoes Leamside, que tiene jardín, restaurante, bar y wifi gratis, está en Houghton-le-Spring, a 14 km de Museo Beamish y a 18 km de Estadio de Luz. This is such a little gem! We stayed in Room 5. Beautifully decorated, thoroughly cleaned, a fabulous nights sleep and breakfast was exceptional (Compliments to the Chef!!). Daryl was very welcoming, as were the front house staff through to housekeeping. You will not be disappointed when you stay here!

Property was nice, good location for what we needed. Spacious and clean. Staff were lovely and accommodating! Loads of towels and bedding.

South Shore Guest House está en South Shields, a 9 min a pie de Sandhaven Beach y a 11 km de Estadio de Luz. The accommodation was very central to everything. The hosts were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. We got an early check-in which was great as we'd been travelling from the night before.

Good location for an event we were attending at the Rugby Club. Very secure with coded entrance and key safe box. Spacious room, clean and comfy with towels and linen provided. Good sized en suite shower room. Great to have the option of a shared lounge/kitchen area as well. Plenty of places to eat/drink right on the doorstep.

Ιt was a great pleasure staying at Beechwood guest house. Rez was an amazing host, I had everything I needed in my room, so much coziness and warmth to fight the cold outside. Unfortunately, I was n't able to enjoy the famous breakfast of Rez but...well, next time! The location is also excellent, one breath away from the sea, restaurants, coffee shops and metro station. I was waking up every morning with the sound of the seagulls flying. Highly reccomend it and would definitely like to stay there again. Thank you for having me.

Beautiful accommodation, friendly staff, amazing breakfast. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. It really made by trip. Please support these small businesses. They truly made me feel welcome and couldnt do enough for me. 5 star place.
