On arrival we were greeted by the owner, who was very welcoming. The studio is spacious and has everything you need for a stay, and is 3 minutes walk from the beautiful Kini beach. The highlight is definitely the terrace.

Villa Maria-Syros is set in Ermoupoli, within 0,3 km of Saint Nicholas Church and 0,2 km from Miaouli Square. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. The owners were very friendly and helpful. He met us at an easy to find place and brought us up to the hotel. The hotel is a little up the hill. This is the reason I rated the location lower than perfect. Younger people will have no problem. Otherwise the location is great. The hotel room is in a nice house with a nice common sitting area. There are also stairs leading up to the roof where we enjoyed the views over the village and ocean. The room was comfortable and clean. The owner sat down with us to explain where to go, where to eat, what to see etc. just after we arrived. He was always very helpful in answering our questions. His wife also provides a cooking class, which we didn't take advantage of but I thought this is a neat idea. The owner also showed us the way to the ferry on the day we left. He even carried the suitcase of my wife!

Liana and her husband are amazing hosts! We arrived at 4am in the morning because of the ferry and she left the door open for us and waited until we reached. She offered us coffee in the morning and was happy to answer any questions. The property is beautiful and feels like a home. The rooms are decorated with a lot of detail and nothing is missing. It's like a small 5 star in the middle of the town centre. The view from the balcony is excellent and the pension is located 3 min walk from the ferry. Located in the middle of town, everything is accessible by foot. Lovely cafés, Rest and shops are at your door steps. Syros is full of stairs and reminds of an old town in Italy.

Set on a pedestrian street in a historic location, the family-run Ethrion is 150 metres from Ermoupolis Port and the main square. We really loved the location of the hotel. It is within walking distance of most things. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were updated and comfortable. George, the hotel owner, was awesome. He was very helpful and I enjoyed just sitting down and talking with him and getting to know him better.

Achilleion is set in an 1880’s neoclassic building. With a central location opposite the Syros Industrial Museum, the traditional guesthouse offers uniquely styled rooms with town and port views. it was really lovely! decor was great! we just stayed one night, but the hosts were very helpful. location was perfect

Enjoying a central location at Iroon Square , Aeolia Boutique Studios features air-conditioned accommodation with balcony and free Wi-Fi. We loved the accommodation! Our room was clean and neat and well prepared. It was serviced on a daily basis. The bed was comfortable and the design of the room was modern and well organized. We got many valuable recommendations from the owner and she was very helpful. We even got fresh figs twice as a little surprise! All in all a very pleasant stay and we would definitely return.

Featuring a hilltop location, Wind Tales is situated in the Medieval part of Ano Syros, overlooking the Aegean Sea and Ermoupolis Port. The green hotel offers traditional accommodation. As a solo traveler I felt like I was really taken care of, and all my needs were met above and beyond. Every single detail of the property was carefully chosen by the owner so you get a real feeling of being at home. Loved the interiors so much and in particular the big bathroom and the way how it was nicely restored. The view that arises from the top of Ano Syros was magnificent during the daylight and as well the moonlight at nights was pretty magical. The breakfast was including some of the local produce from the owners garden so everything was very fresh and tasty and quite generous.
