The room decor is stylish and modern, and the layout is classy. Everything works perfectly. It is a 5-minute walk from the ferry terminal which is really convenient.

Set in Kinion and only 300 metres from Kini Beach, Guesthouse ERI offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The view was absolutely amazing, the bed extremely comfortable, everyone was very friendly and welcoming! We really enjoyed our stay!

Even in the beginning of August, the heart of tourist season, Elisa and Costas made us feel as if we were the only visitors staying in their exceptionally lovely house, when, in fact, they were operating at full occupancy. It must be said that our room, as well as the entirety of Villa Maria, was elegantly-decorated, impeccably cared for, tasteful, and, quite simply, beautiful. When Costas met us at Miaouli Square and proceeded to retrieve my wife’s carry-on suitcase as well as another roller bag from another couple also booked into the guest house, carry them up the MANY stairs (perhaps the only caveat to consider depending on one’s fitness level) to the house, while he negotiated simultaneous conversations in Greek and English to accommodate both couples, we knew we were in for a pleasant stay. Later, his recommendations for beaches, restaurants, tavernas, and delicious gelato, and more—all clearly plotted into a map for our use—were fine-tuned after a bit of conversation to suit us. And even though we usually like to discover destinations on our own when we travel, we soon found ALL of his recommendations hit the mark! Elisa, too, encouraged us to imagine that we were living in our own private island home away from home. A mix up in scheduling for her Greek cooking class—a guest’s mistake, not hers—meant that our late-notice sign-up for the afternoon would have to be cancelled.

Set in Ermoupoli, 1.3 km from Asteria Beach, Onar Syros - Rustic Rooms offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and express check-in and check-out. Very clean, super friendly staff. The owner was so lovely, gave some recommendations and let us keep luggage there for our super late ferry after check out. We loved Syros and having an amazing place to stay just made it even better. Would definitely recommend!

Situated within less than 1 km of Asteria Beach and a 8-minute walk of Saint Nicholas Church, Oisyra Hotel features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Ermoupoli. The location was close to the port, so I had minimal stairs to climb to get to this hotel. The hotel is very close to everything that Ermoupoli has to offer. Shirt walk to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The host was so friendly and helpful. I will be back.

Liana was a wonderful responsive host. The location was perfect with an amazing balcony overlooking the harbor and town. I’ll definitely be back

Set on a pedestrian street in a historic location, the family-run Ethrion is 150 metres from Ermoupolis Port and the main square. We enjoyed our stay in Syros, The view from our Balcony is breathtaking! George is very kind and give us tips on how to go around the island! Thank you again and will surely recommend to stay in this hotel!

Achilleion is set in an 1880’s neoclassic building. With a central location opposite the Syros Industrial Museum, the traditional guesthouse offers uniquely styled rooms with town and port views. very well located, 10 min walk from the bus central station, 15/20 min walk from downtown Syros. My room was nicely furnished and had a beautiful view. the owners were very available and gave some advices on the location to visit on the island !

Enjoying a central location at Iroon Square , Aeolia Boutique Studios features air-conditioned accommodation with balcony and free Wi-Fi. We loved the accommodation! Our room was clean and neat and well prepared. It was serviced on a daily basis. The bed was comfortable and the design of the room was modern and well organized. We got many valuable recommendations from the owner and she was very helpful. We even got fresh figs twice as a little surprise! All in all a very pleasant stay and we would definitely return.

Featuring a hilltop location, Wind Tales is situated in the Medieval part of Ano Syros, overlooking the Aegean Sea and Ermoupolis Port. The green hotel offers traditional accommodation. We had an amazing stay at Wind Tales. The property and the room were beautiful. Amazing view of the city with the peace and quiet of being in Ano Syros. Alexi was a great host with fantastic recommendations and truly did everything to ensure our stay in Syros was perfect both on the property and off. The morning breakfast made from local items, bread, cheese, jams, fruit eggs etc. was lovely. No doubt will be returning.
