I had an excellent experience staying at Lhachik Guesthouse. I had only planned to stay for a few days prior to trekking, but do to an injury ended up staying for about weeks and am very happy I did. The owners are very welcoming and accommodating. They have a comfortable rooftop with great views and good chai is always available. Dinner is available at a reasonable price and is excellent. The rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable. It is located in a tranquil neighborhood within close walking distance to everything of interest. It will be the first place I look to stay next time I am in Leh.

Featuring free WiFi, Heschuk Guest House is set in Leh. Featuring a garden, the guest house is close to several noted attractions, around 1.5 km from Shanti Stupa and around 900 metres from Main... The staff at the property were very helpful and available at all times. They made us feel at home. Padma also assisted us with cabs to go sightseeing and going to market.
