The entire place is kept immaculately clean. The rooms are small but so cosy nice and comfortable. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the sheets were so fresh smelling. There are cute little tables outside each room (there are 5 rooms) in the open air garden. It's full of plants and we really enjoyed relaxing having a coffee, or eating our meals here. There is a hand washing laundry facility and lines to dry your clothes. The kitchen had everything we needed and was spotless. Purified water was always available. Fruit and veggie and supermarket just a few metres away. In the morning and evening it is extremely quiet. The hotel rooms are set back from the street at the rear of the property. Perfect location. 5 min walk to bus stop. We ended up staying longer. Tip: Somoto canyon tour is definitely worth it. We usually like to do things solo but making our way down the canyon swimming and navigating rocks and supporting the local community (guides, restaurant) was awesome. Also check out Salto Estanzuela. I loved swimming here under the waterfalls .
