Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and dining area, nice shower and two toilets. Lovely decking area which catches the sun nicely. A pleasant walk into Skeg centre. We had a fantastic week staying in a caravan next to the lake, even though the weather wasn't so great with lots of rain. The location was perfect, not far from Skegness town, which made it convenient for us to explore the area. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.

The property was lovely, clean and homely, had everything could possibly require during our stay. The owner was fab with details on location and answering any enquiries. Literally a couple of minute walk to the beach, the site was quiet and the veranda was lovely to sit and relax. We didn’t explore much so don’t know about pool or anything however loved that the shop/ pubs were dog friendly even though we sat outside because we had lovely weather.
