The room I was initially given, the toilet unfortunately wasn't functioning. They then not only moved me but upgraded my room. I absolutely loved the room! The staff, Alex was helpful enough to sort my room out, he was very friendly and approachable. The owner, Carole was very kind as well. All in all, I loved my stay at Dukes! Will definitely recommend this place!

The breakfast was really good and the host were polite and kind. The female host was exceptional, I told her I wanted to buy some bottle water and she asked if she could give me some for free from her fridge if I didn’t mind. A little kindness goes a long way. I felt great and good that they are still good people in the world.

All rooms are en suite with classically styled bathroom fittings, alongside modern touches like flat-screen TVs. This room was absolutely fabulous. A four poster bed that was so dreamy so comfortable , a wonderful bathroom and all the added little treats made available to us. The staff were so helpful and friendly. An idyllic building in the centre of Ludlow. Highly recommend!!! The deli in town is where you return the keys - highly recommend the sausage rolls!!!!
