Situato a Phoenix, a 7 km dal Phoenix Convention Center e a 8 km da Copper Square, il Best Little Guesthouse in Melrose! Nuova listing! Lovely large apartment for the price we paid. There were two beds although we only used one it was very comfortable. All the facilities that we needed, including area to prepare food and sofa to sit and watch TV. This is in a residential area so very quiet but not too far to get to places to eat. There was also seating outside where we sat one evening. The dogs were cute but did not come near us. Before we arrived the property owners sent an email with details of how to get in and lots of suggestions of places to eat which was very handy. We ate at the George and Dragon Pub which was great.

The house offers 4 or 5 rooms with the owner living on site. There is a shared fridge. Free wifi and a TV in the room. Comfortable bed. Door lock system with number pad for the main door and each room was good. Enough space on the street for free parking.
