Staff is great, relaxed but always available for help. It's very very clean. It's located very close to the Barra beach. Definetely one of the best hostels I've ever been to.

I loved staying here. I can honestly say this has been my best experience with a hostel. The couple that runs the hostel was so kind and went out of their way to help everyone. I felt like I was with family. I can't reccomend this place enough. Excellent breakfast, company, and location. They were so patient with me while I practice my Portuguese. I really appreciated this place ! Mostly because the staff is great, super friendly and welcoming. The hostel itself is beautiful and ultra convenient. Location is perfect, 5 min walking distance for anything you might need : food, drink, bank, and of course the beach ... I recommend this place 100%

HG13 is probably the best hostel in Salvador! The room was spacious and clean, with fresh linen and towels. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was helpful and lovely. The free caipirinha was delicious. Wifi worked like magic. The location was excellent and reachable by Uber ( before we came, I was told only official taxis can reach the centre) or by foot, really close to all the attractions and museums. I felt really safe and would stay in this hostel again.
