The place is spotless, cozy and welcoming. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I booked for one night but ended up stayed for 4 nights with the same bed I got. It was a great pleasure to meet the owner Julian the last morning before I checked out. Such an open-minded cool guy with so many intetesting stories to share. I got little bit emotional when he talked about the flag stickers of different countries especially my own displayed at the reception / bar area. Would definitely stay there again when I go back to Mannheim in the future. :)

I was looking for a place to rest after a 6-hour visit to the Speyer technical museum and another 4 hours to the Miramar water park. I found the perfect place at the Work & Sleep Boardinghouse hotel. The evening and morning receptionists were extremely kind and welcoming, in the morning we received a small sweet snack on the house. The room with three comfortable beds was very large, clean, modern, with a fridge!, cool, completely silent, huge smart TV and very good internet. The location is close to the highway exit. It was a company event at the hotel and the parking lot was full, but I didn't have any stress in finding a free parking spot on the street in front of the hotel.

The room was exactly what I expected. The directions to the apartment were very clear. When I checked in the host was there and he shown me where is the kitchen, bathroom, where to get bed linen and towels.

Great location. The room and bathroom was very spacious and well heated. Everything was clean. Mattresses and pillows are of good quality. It was very quiet, but is situated super centrally in Mannheim.
