Everything was great, the host was very friendly and made us a delicious breakfast each morning. The location is great with very good access to train and bus. The views around the area are beautiful. I would recommend it.

Excellent location near the Mt Fuji station, with amazing views of Mt Fuji from the rooftop on a clear day. There were also a few bicycles that were free for us to use. Place is generally clean and seems quite new.

Upon early arrival we were checked in immediately and quickly to our room. Found the place a little outdated but very eclectic and super clean compared to the hotels we stayed at. Our beds were comfortable and the washrooms were very clean and smelled nice and fresh. Toiletries were also available in the washing area. The day after we were met with freshly brewed coffee and homemade bread. The location was very convenient - close to the train station as well as a short walk to honcho street. Other guests were very quiet and courteous. Overall the stay far exceeded my expectation!

Clean. I stayed at a single room for one, very comfortable and warm. Laundry service also pretty great. There is one small restaurant in front of the hostel, serves great fish! I enjoyed my stay here.

It's so close to the station and the view of Mt Fuji was amazing. The rooms are small but very comfy and clean. It's near a 711 and a Lawson and has lots of Bike rentals nearby. They let you deposit your luggage for the day so you can sightsee without having to pay for coin lockers. Overall such good value.

The location is not far from the bus station. The property has a free bike rental. Everything was provided and the room were spacious.

Had a wonderful stay at kagelow. The staff are all lovely and welcoming. Please enjoy the cafe and restaurant while you're there, it has a soothing atmosphere and a great menu offering. Would stay here again — thank you!
