We stayed in room with private bathroom. Stayed for two nights. We had both room with the balcony facing the cathedral and room facing the other side to the palace. Both rooms are very specious and excellent for the couple. The room facing the palace has amazing view from the room and the bathroom. The hostel itself is located at the very heart of the tourists area, close to everything. Just a few minutes walking to trail station, with pubs all around. The property itself has very specious areas to hang around, kitchen and sitting areas. Thy provide laundry services at merely 5 euro for a sack of clothes which is ready in a few hours. Great option for travelers and hikers! Strong Wifi, bar w/ beer and soft drinks for excellent prices. You can request to have a basic but very sufficient breakfast for almost no money! This is excellent place to stay in Porto

There's no other hostel like this one. It checks everything on the list. I think this is my third time here and I have absolutely nothing bad to say. ALL staff are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ exceptional, outgoing, fun and helpfull with anything you might need. I've been to other hostels in Porto and nothing compares to my stays in The Passenger. It's a special place and can easily feel like home because they make you feel welcomed. This is a hostel where you can easily make friends. It might be obvious, because, duuuh.. it's a hostel but believe me, there are hostels where the vibe just ain't it. Here, you can relax by yourself and just chill but if you feel like interacting, you will also have a good time. Just need those 3 seconds of courage and done. They usually have something fun going on at night like karaoke night, game night, bar crawlings, etc. And sunset hour is great as well! Ask about it.. I reccommend it. :) The beds are comfortable and neat, bathrooms are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ with a lot of space. Shower rooms are spacious with a lot of stalls. They're very carefull with refilling handsoap/shampoo bottles and keeping bathrooms clean. The hostel itself has well laid out lounge areas. My favorite being the kitchen/living room which is altogether but very spacious and super cozy at the same time. Location wise... it doesn't get much better than this. You're close to everything, it's very central.

absolutely amazing hostel. the best I’ve stayed in. right from the beginning, they made me feel welcome and safe - explaining to me about the city and good places to eat. the staff were so friendly. the room was exceptionally clean, beds comfortable and made everyday for you! bathrooms new and very clean! nice digital lockers. spacious rooms with personal lights. amazing layout. breakfast was absolutely incredible and delicious. if I ever come back to Porto I will 100% stay here.

I recently stayed at O’LOPO hostel and it was awesome! I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a long or short term stay in Porto. One of the standout features of O’LOPO hostel is its fantastic atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home🫶🏻They were always available to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms and common areas were always spotless, and the staff made sure to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout my entire stay. Good showers with hot water and good pressure. The kitchen was a big plus. It has everything you need. I saved money by cooking my own meals. The location was perfect, O’LOPO hostel is conveniently situated within a 10-minute walk of supermarkets, laundry, cafes, and both bus and train stations. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore Porto and its surrounding areas. Additionally, the hostel is located in a quiet area, and I always felt safe even when returning late at night. The only noise you can hear is your neighbors, everything inside the hostel is quite audible.

This hostel is definitely the best one that I stayed so far. The idea is running a hotel more than a hostel. Everywhere is so clean and always tidy. Design is so lovely, it doesn't make you feel just a place to spend night to sleep. You can chill inside (living room) and outside(garden), both are so nice. Breakfast is served everyday, and actually I eat a lot during breakfast but even I felt full 😄. Another good point: I came late in the night and I catch a bus from airport to the hostel, and the bus dropped me right in front of the hostel. It was so easy to get to the hostel. Also to the center or places to visit ,I didn't take a bus I walked and I think its okay. Location, cleaning, comfort everything is perfect thank you.
