Good straightforward hostel in very, very central location in Ushuaia. Helpful, English-speaking staff. Hot showers, reasonable hostel beds + communal kitchen. Simple but sufficient breakfast (they provide you your utensils for the stay). Will buy blue rate dollars at check-in desk, assuming they have not cashed out on Pesos for the day. Coworking space with decent (though not exceptional) wifi upstairs. Note that they do *not* provide towels.

El Refugio Lodge Hostel is located in Ushuaia, within 20 km of Tierra del Fuego National Park and 27 km of Castor Hill Ski Center. Great location, two blocks from the Main Street. The staff is super nice and helpful. The facilities are great, well equipped kitchen and super nice place to meet people. I recommend it.
