The staff was amazing, the location is easily 11/10, the rooms were massive, incredible views, breakfast was great (especially that it was free), the common areas were always so clean and we used the ping pong table toooo much.

At least three different showers and toilets, so no queue.

Very simple hotel - was a great value at less than 1/2 the price of anything else listed on Booking.com in Villavieja. Don't expect luxury, some small details weren't the best in the world (bed was hard), but for a traveler looking to experience the desert on a budget it's just fine. Very principally located to the main plaza - where the bus drops you off from Neiva, where there are restaurants and where you can find transportation to the desert. We were happy with our decision to stay in town instead of the desert.
