My friend got sick and they were so flexible, kind and helping. It was incredible. Would recommend them to everyone. Next to that, the restaurant had good food, amazing rooftop and I would recommend doing a sunrise tour with them because you would see the most amazing viewing points. Thousand times thanks to them! We wouldn't forget

The hotel manager took care of me on the way to the hotel and wrote to me, during the stay, he took care of taxis, money exchange, excellent service. And to his team, I want to say that my experience in Jaipur was really pleasant thanks to Captain Jack who took me like a friend on an unforgettable trip, full of attention and care, you are like a brother Captain! And the hotel made me feel like my family at home. Recommended from the bottom of my heart, I will definitely return there in the future.

The staff/all the people working there are extremely friendly and very helpful! To an extent that really is exceptional. They took very good care of me and made sure I am fine. Very attentive. They assisted me with a lot of things (finding shops, buying train tickets, suggesting me other properties for the places I was going to visit...) The property is located in a very quiet part of Varanasi which can be good if you want to avoid the crazy hustle. You do need to take some form of transportation to go to the ghats or the inner city though as it's quite far for walking. But if you value great service and kind people, this is the place for you.

You have the fresh mountain air without the busyness of other areas, but it is walkable. You will get a little exercise going up the hill, but it’s not too far and it’s part of the adventure.
