It’s very clean. The linen and towels all smelled freshly laundered. There was no musty smell. The hallway and room was neat and tidy. My mom was with me so the elevator was very convenient. It is along the hi-way and in a gated building with security guard, so it is safe. It is about 5 minutes by taxi to SM City Ecoland. Strong internet connection, too. Best of all are the staff/owner - they’re very kind, accommodating, and polite (salamat po ng marami, maam and sir. God bless you po.)

It cannot compete with the big fancy places that have all sorts of amenities with swimming pools and gyms and etc etc but for genuine friendly people who take an interest in you and go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need to make your visit with them as comfortable as possible. You will pay for the room but you will probably end up with friends.
