Located on Skeppsholmen island in Stockholm, this STF hostel is split between a late 1800s ship called Af Chapman and former navy barracks called Hantverkshuset. Moderna Museum and East Asia Museum within walking distance. Location and personnel were just perfect! We got a room with the best view, and it was amazing. Considering that this is a hostel, the amenities were great.

This Stockholm hostel is in a quiet area by Tantolunden Park, in the vibrant district of Södermalm. It offers a restaurant, 2 communal kitchens, as well as free pasta and a free public internet computer. The staff is nice and helpful. The location, the surroundings, and the food were perfect—clean, cosy, warm and nice hotel. You must pay for the bedclothes, but it's not a huge difference in case of a longer stay. This is a weird thing for me but compared to the quality of the stay, it is only a minor disadvantage.

All rooms at Skanstulls Boutique Hostel feature bright, unique décor and either private or shared bathrooms. Everything was good. The place was clean and comfortable. It was close to the metro, so the acces to the main attractions in the city was very good. Very clean.

All rooms at City Backpackers Hostel have air conditioning and heating. Lockers are available and padlocks can be bought in the reception. Everything was perfect, the general atmosphere, the organization of the hostel, and everything was clean and the facilities were excellent. Also the people working in the hostel, especially Gohar, they were so friendly and made me feel like at home. For sure when I next visit Stockholm City Backpackers will be my first choice.
