Please note that dog owners/carriers are responsible to provide current vaccinations papers on arrival; for any damage or injury caused by the dog; to clean up after it; to ensure that it is never left alone; that it is always leashed and have effective control in the "off-leash" area.

Failure to comply with the above may result in removal of your dog or cancellation of your booking.

Waterpark Closure: bookings staying 1-28 February 2023*

Due to required maintenance repairs; our waterpark will be closed for a few days in February 2023. This is weather dependant and exact dates* will be confirmed closer to the time. Our resort style swimming pool, jumping pillow, spa and other facilities are open as per normal along with extra special action-packed activities schedule to keep you all entertained.

Riverwalk is closed for maintenance from 5/2/24, expected to conclude 18/3/2024

Sections of our park are undergoing renovations and repairs following the Christmas day storm, please be aware of this whilst onsite.
