Count on us :) After completing the reservation, tenants will be contacted by the Brazilian Corner team via WhatsApp, who will request additional information about their arrival to grant access and prepare their check-in. At the time of check-in, tenants will receive the instructions.

Located on a dead-end street with a gate and 24h security, the house is cozy and comfortably accommodates up to 7 people. It is situated in Vila Madalena, a prestigious and trendy neighborhood. With 3 bedrooms on the upper floor and a backyard annex, it offers the ideal space for a stay in São Paulo city. In addition to a Smart TV, air conditioning in the master suite, ultra-fast internet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a pleasant backyard, the house features 3 bathrooms with a great hairdryer.

ADDITIONAL RULES: According to the Child and Adolescent Statute, individuals under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Documents for minors will also be required for legal verification. • The checkout time must be strictly adhered to. A fine of half a daily rate will be charged for delays of up to 1 hour, and a fine of 2 daily rates will be charged for delays exceeding 1 hour. • Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. A fine of 3 daily rates will be charged for non-compliance with this rule. • All infractions are subject to contractual fines and termination of the rental agreement without any refund of the amounts paid. • Any fines imposed by the condominium on the property during the rental period will be your responsibility to pay. • All documentation and contract signatures must be sent no later than 10:45 pm on the check-in day. If it is not sent by this time, the tenants will only be allowed to enter the following day after 8:00 am, and no refund will be issued. • Extensions of the reservation must be made by 5 pm on the day prior to check-out. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again. • A deposit of up to two thousand reais may be requested upon making the reservation and will be refunded within 72 hours after check-out. • The loss or misplacement of the garage remote control will result in an immediate fine of three hundred reais per item, regardless of the subsequent return of the item. • Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of thirty reais per day per pet. • Photos of food, beverages, and plants are for illustrative purposes only.
