It is spacious and perfect for large families or gatherings and made to entertain. Management, under Brilliance Belize, has years of experience in the hotel business in the Caribbean and has been charged with making sure the guests have all that they need to make their stay a memorable one. Owners and management alike, love Belize and love to share with others how beautiful a country Belize is and how friendly and welcoming the people are. when you're in Belize, you're home. When you're in Villa Serenity, you feel at home.

Villa Serenity is a spacious luxury private residence with stunning beach views, huge vaulted ceilings, native wood cabinetry and patios over looking the beach and pool. The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 and half bathrooms and is built for comfort and relaxation. The Villa is fully appointed with a full kitchen, Air Conditioning in all rooms and all modern amenities, hot and cold water, cable TV and more. The Villa is part of Seascape Villas, a residential community with a full time Concierge and maintenance staff. Our location at 3.5 miles from town gives us the advantage of being a short Golf Cart drive from the bustle of San Pedro as well as close to Secret Beach, the popular beach destination that has developed on the west side of the island. But, we are far enough away that nothing intrudes on the quiet serenity of the sea breezes and sound of the surf. The Caye is a gourmet's paradise with plenty of restaurants and bars close by, many a short walk down the beach or a short Golf Cart drive away. Native Belizean food, American fusion, Asian, we have it all! Finally, if you just want to be catered to we can arrange for private chef services to prepare the meal of your choice right in your Villa.
