This stunning 3-bedroom Victorian house was refurbished for Summer 2021. Downstairs has a large, comfortable lounge and separate dining room with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, with cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and all the cookware and tableware needed for your stay. Beyond the kitchen is a downstairs bathroom with toilet and large shower cubicle. Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms, a large bathroom and a separate toilet. Bedroom 1 - King size bed and large wardrobes Bedroom 2 - Twin bedroom with zip-link beds that can be made up as a super king size bed if required Bedroom 3 - Twin bedroom with 2 single beds The upstairs bathroom has a full-size bath, toilet and a large, walk-in shower. The rear garden has outside seating under a pergola. To the front of the house is off-road parking for up to 3 cars. Please note that pets are not permitted in this property. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Bedding (pillows, pillowcases, quilts, quilt covers, sheets) are provided and beds will be made prior to your arrival. Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person) are also provided. Please note that beach towels are not provided. We provide some essentials such as a toilet roll and hand towel in each bathroom, some cleaning products and a tea towel in the kitchen. We also provide some tea, coffee, milk and biscuits in the kitchen ready for your arrival, so you can have a cuppa before unloading the car. Red Butt House is located on a quiet, residential street in Freshwater, Isle of Wight, the ideal location for a quiet, relaxing break. At the end of the road is a corner shop for your essentials. Freshwater town centre and the large supermarket are a couple of minutes drive away. The dramatic coastline has many chines and beaches to explore. Freshwater Bay is a 2-minute drive and slightly further afield at Compton you can go searching for dinosaur footprints. There are some great walks nearby including Tennyson Down and the Needles Headland. The Needles and Alum Bay with its coloured sands are only about a 7-minute drive. Tapnell Park Farm with farm animals, football golf, aqua park and archery/axe throwing is a 5minute drive away.
