You won't feel the need to do much else but sit back, relax and enjoy profound peace, while in the outdoor whirlpool and in surroundings experienced by few others. Be one of the lucky few to stay in our unique private home. *Ayali Villa II is part of the complex “Ayali Villas” which include two villas in total, each of them with separate facilities and private pools. Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms Cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout. The spacious villa is an ideal escape for a large family or a group of friends. Bonus: Practice you skills on the outdoor Ping Pong table and enjoy endless hours of fun & relaxation with the four bicycles available (two of them are large and two medium sized). External Living | Pool & BBQ This captivating home is embellished with a 65m2 private swimming pool, featuring a four seater whirlpool (non heated), as well as special children’s pool compartment (0,50 meters deep), shaded lounge area and outdoor dinning area. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ facilities & sink) under sunset skies. The property lays in 800m2 outdoor area, with 100m2 lawn covered area and spectacular countryside views. An ideal holiday escape for those who seek ultimate privacy and summery living. What’s more, a lawn covered outdoor playground is available for our younger guests (swing, seesaw, slide, children climbing activity set), and the portable basketball hoop will delight the children. Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Smoking is allowed only outdoors. No pets allowed events are not allowed.

Ayali Villa II is located in the picturesque Achlades Village and within just 650meters away (or 3 minutes driving) from a local cafe and a local taverna. In Perama town, 10 minutes away by car from the Villa, you can find everything that you might need like shops, bakery, grocery store, butcher’s, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office. Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, 10 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised. The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices. Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes. Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities. Out & About Nearest Local Cafe/restaurant: 650 meters (3 minutes driving) Super Market & Restaurants: Perama village 5,5km (10 minutes driving) Panormos Beach: 5,5km (10 minutes driving) Rethymno Port & Town: 25km (25 minutes driving) Heraklion International Airport: 60km (55 minutes driving) Chania International Airport: 92km (80 minutes driving) Car rental is essential to explore the nearby villages and unique sandy beach locations!
