Through a journey that started in 2001, Oreo Travel was founded by Stratos Beretis, an experienced member of the Greek Tourism Industry, a Graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Crete and a Master Degree Holder in Tourism Business Management. Having passed through several management positions, he was won over by the occupation with tailor made tourism services and especially in inbound tourism in villas, independent properties, country houses and small holiday rental units. Oreo Travel started as a representative of global tour operators and continues to this day with an ever-growing network of partners and properties in Crete, Peloponnese and Athens, in line with the new promotional and managing methods. Our goal at Oreo Travel is to promote the properties we partner with in the best way possible, by solely operating as a booking agent on behalf of our partner-property owners, whom we advise and guide in providing high standards of hospitality for their guests, in accordance with the regulations and the laws that govern the accommodation industry. Furthermore, we are constantly available for our guests to answer questions, solve potential problems that may arise while booking or staying in and to recommend services that may be needed to facilitate their stay and maximize their travel experience (car rental, transportation, tours, excursions and concierge services). Sofia villa is a modern, comfortable villa ideally located in Agios Kostantinos village, in the middle of Rethymno county, so it is a great starting point for excursions and exploration of both the north and the south coasts of Crete island. The villa is ideal for families and it can host up to 5 guests in two bedrooms. Entering the villa there is a large living area with a sofa, a dining table, and an open-plan fully equipped modern kitchen. There is a flat-screen satellite TV set, a veranda, and immediate access to the private garden. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, both with independently operated A/C and balconies, while they both share a spacious, modern shower/WC. The villa is located in a huge 2500 sq.m. private plot, with lawn areas, and various trees, and shaded areas for many hours of relaxation. There is a 25 sq.m. private swimming pool with many sunbeds, umbrella, and various exterior furniture, as well as a BBQ. The villa is renovated in 2020. Agios Konstantinos and Roustika villages are typical traditional Cretan villages with beautiful countryside, various local products, a famous traditional tavern, and a local mini-market. The beautiful north coast sandy beaches of Episkopi and Petres beach are in a 12 km distance, while the famous south coast tourist resort of Plakias and its magnificent beaches are in a 21km distance.

The surrounding area is very beautiful, ideal for walks, scenic drives, and visits to many interesting areas. There are taverns in just a few minutes' drive, a mini-market in 200m while in 20 km distance you can reach the sandy beaches of the north coast of Crete, Petres and Episkopi as well as Rethymno city with its famous vivid life and unlimited tourist attractions. At the same distance, you can reach the south coast magnificent beaches and the famous tourist resort of Plakias.
