The property is situated in half an acre plot and it has six apartments in them. Each apartment is fully equipped with ultra-modern facilities and a good lighting system. The property has a bit of African and classic touch that brings the mood of comfortability and togetherness. Within the property, one can enjoy good "Nyama Choma" or Barbecue while having a bit of a swim in the swimming pool. The property is situated a two-minute walk from the beach and on the rooftop, one can view the breathtaking peaceful environment.

The neighbourhood is just amazing. The property is situated next to the historical Kongo River where you can admire the beauty of the Mangroove forest and even take a boat ride. The neighbourhood is well known for its unforgettable sunset view and the connection between the Kongo River and the Indian Ocean. There is a main gate that welcomes you to other neighbours around who are welcoming as you proceed to drive towards V-Szameitat Homes.
