Your tiny forest cabin to enjoy wilderness, simplicity, loneliness and silence. Make fire, go into the forest, chop wood, forage berries and mushrooms and simply be. For those who like camping, sleeping in nature, craves to use a bit of survival skills, but in the evening to crawl in comfortable bed next to warm stove and count stars through the roof dome. For relaxation – hot outdoor bath on fire. There is no electricity in the yurt. We offer a battery for extra 10 eur which will have enough energy to charge phones and laptop. For colder evenings there is a lovely stove with briquettes that will warm up the yurt. But the yurt will cool down as soon as the stove does. There is no kitchen. There are skewers to cook on bonfire or grill, a pot to use on the bonfire. You can heat water for tea and coffee in a tea pot on the indoor stove or portable gas stove. No cooking indoors is allowed! There is no bathroom. We offer our guests to have unforgettable experience bathing under the sky. The bath will be filled with water, wood left next to it- all you need to do is start the fire under the bath and wait for 1 to 1.5 hours to enjoy it. Toilet is composting and outside.

Service to others is my love language. I am a designer who wanted to create her own world- to move away from the city and have some corner for tired souls to recharge in nature. I am all the persons behind this- the designer, the builder, the manager, the receptionist, the housekeeper, the gardener etc. :) I am introvert, so I give my guests the space I would like to have. So there is self-service check-in. You could probably see me riding a tractor on a way to take care of the yurts or spa corner.

There are two yurts on the property. We ask our guests to respect each other and follow quiet camping etiquette. The yurts are far enough from each other so the neighbours would not disturb you. There is a lovely 30 min walk to the swamp lake from the yurt. There is no actual trail, it might be wet at wet period but the peacefullness by the lake is worth the walk. Just follow the signs. 300m from the yurt is a SPA corner that works like a day spa. You can rent a hot tub (60eur), a sauna (40eur), a sauna + cold tub (70eur). I offer a traditional Latvian sauna ritual and other sauna treatments. You need to book this in advance- hot tub at least 2 days before your arrival.
