We are here because we LOVE our jobs and we adore meeting all of our guests from all around the world! Our park has a 70-year history and is the earliest holiday park established in town. We try our best to cut down our costs while still being able to offer a cosy and comfortable place for your stay. We're not a hotel, but our geothermal surroundings provide an exciting experience for our guests.

Offering pure geothermal mineral hot spa pools, barbecue facilities, children's playground, steam hangi oven, heated tent sites and friendly advice for local activities. Our park is the perfect choice for family holidays. Our accommodation options including camping and powered/non-powered campervan sites, dorm rooms for large groups, and a variety of cabins through to two bedroom units suitable for up to 7 guests. In every unit (except dorms) the double bed will be made up for the first 2 guests. If you would like separate beds, please send us a request when you have made your booking - or you can pick up extra bedding at the office. All cabins and units include cosy geothermal heating, Freeview TV and one free carpark for each booked unit or site. We are a 2.5 star holiday park but provide very clean facilities in a peaceful, central location in Rotorua, we are also only a 15-minute walk to city restaurants and bars.

Being a Thermal Reserve neighbourhood we have our own mud pool and geothermal attractions. We also have access to a hot water beach which is a short 2-minute walk through the park. We offer our steam oven free for guests to use to try cooking your meals hangi-style which is a favourite for many guests.
