We will gladly share our home space with teenagers or students who are looking for a long-term homestay in a place, which is close to a forest and a lake, but at the same time has a perfect public transportation system connecting us with all the towns of the Silesian region. International students coming for internships will have a 20-minute bike ride to the factories (e.g. Saint-Gobain factory) or 15 - minute bike ride to the international USB University.

We have been married for more than 20 years and we’ve got one 20-year-old daughter who lives on her own with her husband. I (Kasia ) am an English teacher and work at a general secondary school nearby. Arek is an IT specialist and manages big projects of such brands as Cisco. We love mountain hiking, nature, good food, good coffee and dogs. We don’t smoke. Our house is located in the green side of the city in a quiet and safe suburb. We are 4,5 km (10-minute drive) from the city centre, 800 m from the train station and a bus stop, 20 minute drive from the Katowice- Pyrzowice airport, 20 minute bike ride from Saint-Gobain factory and USB international university. The bus stop and the train station are only a 10 minute walk away and your can get everywhere from there, including Sosnowiec, Katowice, Czestochowa or Gliwice. There are modern cycling lanes available as well.
