Villa Marija M.L. it was born out of a desire to give guests complete enjoyment while staying in the old city of Belgrade - beautiful and special Zemun. Villa was built in 2014, equipped with top quality furniture and technology. After spending the night in the most comfortable beds you can imagine, in the morning you will find a rich and varied breakfast served by a very friendly staff. All the conditions for a perfect start to the day in Zemun are fulfilled! The Villa is located 2-3 minutes from the Muhar Bus Station, from which you can reach the city center in 15 minutes by public transport. Public parking is possible along Bežanijska Street. The courtyard of Villa Maria exudes tranquility and peace, and gives the impression of distance from the city. Each room comes with a flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels, air conditioning, a work desk and an electric kettle. The bathrooms in the rooms are equipped with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Wireless internet is available throughout the property.

Villa Marija M.L. it is located on Bezanijska Street,less than 100m from Glavna Street and about 500m from the beautiful Danube coast and the ancient settlement of Gardos, which offers many cultural and historical sites. Sibenik Tower Janka, St. Nicholas Church, Church of Sv. Dimitrija and Zemun Cemetery are just a few. Apart from the mentioned sights, Gardoš is also known for its fish specialties and local cuisine restaurants, cafes,as well as the famous Serbian cafes with live music,without which a visit to Serbia cannot be complete. There is a 5km long promenade on the bank of the Danube that leads to the mouth of the Sava River into the Danube. Along the promenade there are rafts in the form of restaurants,bars and clubs.In addition,the quay also houses an amusement park, which our youngest just adore. The large war island, known for its many bird species and the sandy beach of Lido, is perfect for summer days. Bezanijska Street itself,as well as Glavna Street, are special because their architecture enlivens the Austro-Hungarian spirit and is a paradise on earth for non-commercial shopping fans. Our neighborhood is the beauty and beauty of Lord Street, just 500m from the Villa.
