Classic california ranch style beach house. Custom built with redwood timbers on one acre. Private 3 bedroom / 2 bath home in front of the beach access trail, bordering state park nature preserve. WiFi + HD smart TV. TESLA charger Level 2 Gen 3 plus adaptor for other EVs. End of the road privacy in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with 10 minute beach walk to ocean shore.
