Finding accommodation in the heart of Dublin at this price is practically impossible. The landlords are very friendly and take care of all the guests' questions and concerns around the clock. Everything is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The rooms facing the street are of course a bit noisy, so I recommend packing earplugs. On the other hand, you can watch the hustle and bustle of Dublin's streets and the river.

This charming hotel is in a perfect location for sightseeing by both walking and the hop on-hop off bus (DoDublin). The room was generous sized by European standards, comfortable, clean, and attractively furnished. The hotel breakfast was the best I've ever experienced and reasonably priced, especially for the quality and offerings. There is a small restaurant/bar on site with limited menu selections. But, the food was excellent as was the service. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. I would happily stay there again.

The comfortable beds and clean rooms. The security of the hotel in regards to using key cards on the elevator to go up to the rooms. Staff responding to the issue we had and the quick check-in & check-out process.

Excellent location. New and exceptionally clean. Plugs for your electronics, light over your bed, key cards, elevators and a great price. Can't beat it.(and I'm 64 yrs old 🙂). Will definitely stay again when in Dublin!

Great property - high standards without being pretentious. Interesting bespoke carpeting, design features, and historical elements. Convenient, reasonably-priced bar and restaurant on-site. Not far from a tram station on Dublin’s main north-south line.

The value for money is really good. The place is in a very convenient location if you are traveling with public transport - you can get to Dublin center in about half an hour. There is a great coffee spot nearby (Mugg Uggly) where you can get a good and quick breakfast. If you need to make bigger grocery shopping, I recommend going to Leopardstown Village Centre either by foot (~20 mins) or tram (~5 min). The place is squeaky clean, and having two separate bathrooms is a great convenience feature.

Location was close to a Bus line so it was easy to travel to the hotel and towards other locations in the city. I quite liked the interior design of the Hotel. The staff was very friendly and customer oriented.

Very central location with excellent public transport very close at hand. Tram stop 1 street away and bus 2 streets away. Smithfield square was within 200 yards which had a few eateries and bars. Hotel breakfast was continental, but plenty of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Patrick who was on at breakfast time.

Well located in the Temple Bar area, but off the main roads so it was pretty quiet. Easy walking distance to lots of pubs and restaurants, and you can walk to the Guinness Storehouse in about 20 min if you want. Modern, well appointed room and a great shower with a rain-style head. Breakfast was very nice and reasonably priced (by hotel standards!)
