It was my favorite activity of my 3 weeks travel in Colombia! I loved my stay there! It was like a fairy tail, relaxing into this jungle, with all of the nature, the diversity of the plants around us, waking up in the morning by the birds, walking through the river to go out. It was a paradise! Of course the hosts were so hospital and incredible! This experience will always stay in my memory!

Sierra Alta Finca is a wonderful and magical haven. It is really beautifully located in the jungle, looking out to the Caribbean Sea from 1600 metres above. The rooms are spread out over the delightfully landscaped grounds in separate lovely cottages. Everything is very tasteful and stylish. The owner, Pilar, and her team Danni, Fanni, Julia and José, made our stay relaxing, comfortable and memorable. Their genuine warmth and ready willingnes to help us was greatly appreciated and touched our hearts. The meals were delicious, wholesome, beautifully presented and sometimes created especially for our needs.

Amazing place a little outside of Minca, perfect to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature but still close enough to walk into town. Great breakfast, very friendly hosts and the absolutely best view! The hammocks are also a big plus:)

Cute, cosy and relaxed guesthouse. The host, Maria is so helpful, friendly & kind. Lina is awesome too. The location was perfect for me, just a few mins walk into town but the route across the river is so nice, you can also go the road way too if you prefer. Maria provides complimentary water, coffee & tea during your stay. Being slightly outside town means it’s very peaceful, so probably not for the party people. I would highly recommend staying here and if I return to Minca I will definitely stay again, it certainly lives up to its name…A proper home from home 🥰

The moment you walk into the property you become part of the jungle environment. I liked every detail in the Colibri tower, which has an amazing structure. You can not get any closer to nature! The sound of birds, monkeys and other night creatures, were music to me. Food was amazing, and staff went out of their way to be helpful at all times.

Location was stunning. On arrival we immediately decided to extend our stay. Loved the serenity, you won't hear any noise of cars or motorbikes. The only thing you hear is the river and the birds. It's totally different from all the commercial places around. The food was healthy en very tasty. They served there own fish. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The accomodations are distant from eachother, which makes it feel like you're having your own private spot in the forest.
