From the moment we check-in, the staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The dining experience was exceptional and the relaxed atmosphere helped make the whole trip memorable.

Cozy hotel well-located in the center of the small beautiful village of Torla. The staff was very friendly and they cared about their guests at all times. Very good location within walking distance to all major tourist sites, and only 400 meters from the bus terminal which is very helpful to us because we take a bus from Barcelona. Many restaurants and eateries nearby. Very spacious room and sparklingly clean, very comfortable bed, good breakfast, very friendly staff. Well, we love this place!

We used roo service for dinner..such amazing food provided.

The elegant Grand Plaza Hotel & Wellness has an ideal setting, near the commercial centre of Andorra La Vella. Its luxury accommodation is popular among famous actors, artists and politicians. The location was perfect nearby shops and restaurants. Sound proofing was excellent. Although there were constructions at the back of the hotel, we couldn’t hear anything. The rooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. The spa was nice and you can enjoy it for free an hour per day with specific timing for kids. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the air-conditioner which was solved immediately.
