Breakfast was varied and tasty. The staff was accommodating in taking our orders and it took them just a couple of minutes to have the food ready.

Offering river views and tour tickets for Guilin or Yangshuo, Riverside Inn Guilin is a tranquil hideaway ideally located in the centre of Guilin. The location is very close to bus stops from either Guilin West or North train stations. It is also within walking distance to a few major sites. Some buses also stop close to the sites, for $2 Chinese Yuan per person, it is a very good deal. Need to have exact change for the bus ride. Some older bus do not have the means for electronic payment. We stayed in two different rooms, River view with tatami and deluxe family room. Both were very good rooms, excellent water pressure and rain shower was a delight! The room facing the River was a bit noisy during early evening but was not a problem later in the night, when all activities in the nearby park finished and participants dispersed. The deluxe family room, which was facing the inner alley, was very quiet. We did not have breakfast included with the room, but nearby are eateries and a very good bakery. A supermarket is also nearby. We also appreciate the excellent and thorough information provided by the hotel regarding how to get to the hotel from whatever mode of transportation one is taking.

Surrounded amidst impressive Karst mountains, Yangshuo Mountain Retreat is located at the edge of Yulong River. Free WiFi access is available. Free parking space is offered. The views of our room was amazing..the size of the room was comfortable.the staff was very nice & helpful they brought our luggages to the room and helped us with everything we asked. The staff was really super nice all of them . I will definitely recommend that hotel for my friends.

Shelley, Craig and their friendly staff are great hosts and we would like to say a very special thank you to Craig who was so kind to us showing us the beautiful stone village and countryside between Yangshuo and Guilin. We hope to be back one day to your very special hotel and Yangshuo. It really is a very unique place that deserves much time and space.
