It is very rare that the hotel staff can speak some English and can basically meet daily communication needs. They can even use translation software to provide you with consultation services on attractions, cuisine, transportation, and more.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's dining options were outstanding. I indulged in delicious meals at the on-site restaurants. The attentive service and elegant ambiance made each dining experience truly memorable. Overall, my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel in Kunming exceeded all expectations. From the luxurious accommodations to the outstanding service, every aspect of my experience was nothing short of five stars. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kunming.
