First of all, I must say that the staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hotel staff was very helpful leading up to the trip, answering all our questions via WhatsApp and even arranging transport from Santa Marta Airport to the hotel. Our room was cleaned every day and had both AC and a fan, along with plenty of fresh towels. The hotel staff was very flexible with our check-in and check-out times and always provided us with water from the fridge. Not to mention the gym, tours and the option of ice-baths. The breakfast served during our stay was absolutely delicious and satisfying. We were served with a variety of food items including fruit, eggs, and even pancakes on the second day. Coffee and fresh fruit juice were also included in the meal. Additionally, we booked a massage through the hotel and it turned out to be one of the best I've had in a long time, and the price was very reasonable. We were able to walk straight out of our room to the clean pool, which was maintained daily.

It was very nuce that this hotel was further from busy Palomino (to Palomino it was only 10min walking distance by the beach) And the staff was brilliant! Very friendly and attentive. Herman and staff were so welcoming. We are a large group of 14, we showed up with reservations for 12. No problem, he quickly added 2 extra beds and made us feel right at home. And, that's just it, the place is really comfortable and has several areas to hang out. Peaceful jazz and ragae, a wonderful vibe.

The resort is gorgeous! We don't really like to stay at resorts, but this one had a lot of character and made us feel like there was a lot of love and care!
