The hospitality we received were extremely over expectations, this was my first time visiting Address beach resort in marassi and definitely not the last. I would like to thank the amazing team working in this resort headed by general manager Ms. Carmen and the rest of the team (Islam, Ayman, Mohammed, Abdulrahman, Ishan, Nagham,Peter, etc..) and honestly all of the rest were very amazing and supportive if we had any inquiries or requests they go beyond to fulfill them. I highly recommend visiting address beach and looking forward to my second visit in 2024.

Loved the place, the cute pool and the garden is really beautifully thought of. Looks like an oasis. The staff was also very helpful and adorable. They were so welcoming and Abdullah was very attentive to our needs, he even left us the key the last day if we want to go shower and freshen up before we leave. It’s a guest house, so the front desk isn’t always available. But they make sure you feel at home. You feel very safe even tho you don’t feel so when you first arrive but you learn that everybody is family. The people are really welcoming everywhere and warm to the heart.

Special thanks to the front desk. I think his name was Mohamed Ahmed and the lady at the front desk was amazing; She gave me useful tips about Marsa Matrouh. The other lady at the cafe on the ground floor was extremely welcoming and she walked all the way from the cafe to the beach to ask us if we need any refreshment. The room service was also amazing; we had breakfast and when we returned the room was cleaned proactively; the room service lady always had a welcoming smile. Last but not least the beach guy proactively got us towels; set up the beach table and open the umbrella. Everyone was great. Keep it up guys!
