Crown and Anchor features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Marlborough. This 4-star hotel offers free WiFi. Stonehenge is 39 km away and Lydiard Park is 43 km from the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a very nice evening meal in the restaurant, a cut above the normal pub standard, followed by a a few beers in the bar. The breakfast was very good.

Really friendly hosts who could not have done more for us. The location close to the stone circles in Avebury was a bonus, as we had originally intended just a stop over on the way back to London.

The room was large and quiet and very clean. The staff were exceptional. We ate in the restaturant at night and the food was brilliant. Would recommend and would certainly stay again.

We were a family of 4, my husband, myself and my in-laws. The rooms are very beautiful, clean and have a unique character. The restaurant and bar are truly beautiful and convenient. Staff is exceptional and very helpful. We asked the owner if we could have breakfast at 8am instead of 9am, she immidiatley accepted and served us home-made breakfast on saturday and sunday. The food both breakfast and dinner were satisfying and good portions. I would recommend this inn because it feels like home.
