Ideally situated in Heraklio Town, Ethereal White Resort Hotel & Spa features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. This is a new hotel which we booked last minute. The staff were very helpful getting us settled after a near midnight arrival. The two rooms we had were comfortable, clean, modern and well equipped. The layout of the suites was very considered and plenty of nice little touches. The staff were knowledgeable and advised us on how to get into the centre and around town and the sights to see, all of which was good advice. The restaurant staff were very careful regarding a food allergy and went out of their way to assist, cook something different etc. Very attentive and passed on information to other staff when there were shift changes. Breakfast was varied, fresh and well prepared. Lots of beautiful fresh fruit, breads, omelettes, cereals and juices. Good amenities - rooftop pool with bar, spa etc. Quiet area at night but close to excellent restaurants. Could not be faulted.

Dimargio Luxury Hotel & Spa features a fitness centre, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Heraklio Town. This 5-star hotel offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. The customer service was excellent, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was fantastic. They worked to fix quickly address any issue or problem we faced. I highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. In other hotels in Crete, the showers are often extremely small, you have to press a special button and wait to use the hot water, and you can't throw toilet paper in the toilet. That wasn't the case here. Everything was comfortable and easy.

Bra beliggenhet. Super service, men jeg kom litt sent til å bruke fasilitetene. Restauranten stengte da jeg kom (fordi jeg kom sent på kvelden) og bassenget var stengt for vinteren. Sengen var litt hard, men jeg fikk badekar på rommet og det satt jeg veldig stor pris på. Frokosten var også overraskende god med mye utvalg!

The property is very well-managed, everything is in order and plenty of activities and sun and wonderful blue-flag beach. Very thankful for such a gem. Food is tasty and fresh, Estia restaurant and Anna who worked their and all the other staff were super friendly for us was especially good with a variety of fresh vegetarian and seafood, staff is absolutely professional and totally supportive.
